I had driven by many times and didn't know it was there, but my friend told me about the Jamabalaya pasta I had to try it. It was amazing! I really liked the way the dish tasted and was presented. I was miffed when I realized what I had been missing the last few years. I make it a point to stop in now and let people know about this awesome pasta. I've tried the pizza a few times and have found the bacon cheese burger pizza to be my absolute fav. The beer selection is great also, my girlfriend loves Strongbow and I'm a huge fan of Bells 2 Hearted and Dogfish-head IPA. Both in stock, over all really impressed try it out!
Used to love the place but have been a bit discouraged lately. Food portions seem to be getting smaller and we've had a few episodes of poor service where we've had to tell the waiter we were still waiting for drinks and such. Hopefully it was just a couple isolated incidents.
We just ate at Picassos. I had the seafood pasta and it was delicious. The food was HOT and looked very appealing--plus I had so much I had to take home half of mine. Their Picasso salad is very unique and very good. My husband had a steak this visit, but we did take home an all meat pizza. I watched them make my take home and the toppings were PILED high. Instead of putting pepperoni here and there the young man used both hands full of meat. Try the cheesecake. It is scrumptious. Thanks folks at the restaurant. It was another rewarding food experience.
We went there knowing it had good reviews for a pizza and hamburger type eatery. We enjoyed the outdoor area and the many little touches - like the cubist mural on the terrace wall, and the friendly and personal menu. It ain't the Ritz - and I'm glad!
Located next to a big liquor store, the outside of the restaurant isn't impressive; however, Picasso's is a fabulous place to eat! Theyhave the standard pizza, but also other great Italian food as well. I usually order the salmon and with mushroom Alfredo--mah-velous!
