Dead Robin............Yuck! I would rate them lower than one star which is awful if I could! Management here are real jerks and couldnt care less about you one bit, if its their fault they act like your inconvieniencing them, They wont last long around here, just like shake and steak, here today gone tomarrow! I agree with both of you, i went to one here and had the same bad service and crappy treatment, boycott this overpriced nasty restaurant, I told them Burger king had a better tasting burger, and it really is a honest to god truth.....anyone who wants to go to any Dead Robin is literally retarded, goto burger king. Dead Robin...Yuck!

First visit the cheese sticks I ordered & was served had 2 eye-lashes fried into the batter. I showed the waitress & she could clearly SEE they were fried into the batter so there's no way they were mine. Enough to ruin my appetite to begin with. Plus the salad I was served had a LONG BLACK HAIR in it. They never apologized, offered me a replacement, to take anything off our bill, or acknowledged - other than a half-hearted sorry (that's the way the ball bounces - flip attitude) before walking away. May as well have spoken to a brick wall. They also failed to reply to my email & they did receive it, no bounce-backs. However I did send a 2nd email to follow up - no reply received. Poor management, poor service - too many good restaurants in the area to return to RR to eat ever again. Most establishments would have at least offered a replacement, or had the decency to address the issue. That was my 1st & last time eating at Red Robin. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone.

Hmmm very yummy. It is a fun place to go with kids and a fun place to grab drinks with friends. Good service, good foods.

We have been in many times, typically have good service, always have good food. A few times, when the place was busy we ran empty on drinks.

Food was alright. My children order off the children's menu which was suppose include a drink . When we got the bill we were charged three dollars for kids drinks. I asked my waiter about it. He told me, because it was a refill. Three bucks for refill!! Whatever! Won't be back.

Love to go here for burgers, and how can you top the bottomless steak fries? TO good for words. Plus an intresting alcohol/non alcohol drinks to boot. Love this place, you can have just about any kind of burger you can think of!

I love every burger I've tried so far and they have more than just burgers. I believe there is something for every one at Red Robin. The service is good. Always someone at the door to welcom you. The tables are a little close together but they have a lot of seating so you get in really quick. I think the food is of great value. This is not a fast food restaurant so you are not paying fast food prices but most items are $10 or less. Not to mention bottomless steak fries. Their fries are wonderful!!

i can't speak 4 all peepz that frequent red robin, but i can't wait until a few more spotz in illinois get hip 2 this joint with a quickness. i waz there just this past weekend and enjoyed one of tha phattest burgerz ever. i had their new jank - i 4got tha name of it, but it had a a-1-based peppercorn sauce with jack cheeze and bacon on it - and tha friez that went with them were ON POINT! it wazn't tha most intimate of jointz, but since when do u step n2 a hi-scale place 2 enjoy a burger? and tha service waz better than at most placez like that az well. 4 what it seemed 2 b - a slight step up from mc donalds - it fit tha bill and my pocketbook perfectly. my advice: find where one iz by u and check it out - u won't b disappointed.

The service was horrible and the food was bad. I wouldn't eat there again if I got paid to eat there
