The service is TERRIBLE! We walked in to order take-out. We were told 10-15 minutes. We sat and waited. When I looked at my watch, 30 minutes had gone by! We asked about the food, and they said they were working on it. After 45 minutes she asked again and they ran through several receipts trying to figure it out (they hadn't even started on ours). 20 more minutes go by! My girlfriend goes up to demand a refund, and that's when they say that they are packing it up! When we got the food, only the eggroll was hot. Everything else was only warm. We are not the only people this happened to. Someone was waiting for his order that he phoned in 40 minutes prior!
One thing to note too is that all the phone orders that came in After ours were sitting on a cold counter top while they were waiting. The girl putting the orders together looked clueless and was mixing orders back and forth the whole time.
The food was actually pretty good, though it should have been warmer. The only way we would go back is if we phoned it in. If they said 10-15 minutes, I would be there in 20. If it wasn't ready, I'd be walking away since you pay after you get the food on phone orders. If you walk in you pay in advance, and you had better ask for a receipt since they don't take your name or number!
