Panda Garden, Janesville

Best Chinese food in Janesville..period. Prices aren t horrible either. I can feed a group of 4 people for around $25-30. Service isn t the best, but look past it...totally worth it! The fried dumplings and orange chicken are AMAZING!

I paid for my meal 2 times and the owner wouldnt even let me prove it ! Panda Gardens machine denied my debit card when it should not have (my bank said so)! The girl ran my card so many times it made my card stop working. I had to go to the bank and change pin. After it denied my card I paid with a credit card . Two days later I sign in to my bank account and see that Panda has charged my debit . I then called and talked to the owner . I told him I could bring in both statements and prove it. He told me I could not,he was not interested and that he would call his bank. He called back and said I owed him nothing ! My bank is filing a dispute and because I had both receipts they are reimbursing me . So , unless you want to pay twice and have a lot of hassle...DO NOT EAT HERE !

No menu online?! How stupid. Unless I want chow mein I have to go somewhere else!!!!

The service is TERRIBLE! We walked in to order take-out. We were told 10-15 minutes. We sat and waited. When I looked at my watch, 30 minutes had gone by! We asked about the food, and they said they were working on it. After 45 minutes she asked again and they ran through several receipts trying to figure it out (they hadn't even started on ours). 20 more minutes go by! My girlfriend goes up to demand a refund, and that's when they say that they are packing it up! When we got the food, only the eggroll was hot. Everything else was only warm. We are not the only people this happened to. Someone was waiting for his order that he phoned in 40 minutes prior! One thing to note too is that all the phone orders that came in After ours were sitting on a cold counter top while they were waiting. The girl putting the orders together looked clueless and was mixing orders back and forth the whole time. The food was actually pretty good, though it should have been warmer. The only way we would go back is if we phoned it in. If they said 10-15 minutes, I would be there in 20. If it wasn't ready, I'd be walking away since you pay after you get the food on phone orders. If you walk in you pay in advance, and you had better ask for a receipt since they don't take your name or number!

Food is great and fresh! People at the counter (white) are not cool and very rude! If you can ignore the help (besides the cooks) than it is worth the money!

good food, awesome price. the people at the counter are nice so dont listen to the other ocmplainers. maybe if the complainers werent so impaitient and rude the workers wouldnt be rude either. but very good food 5 stars

MMMmMMMm Panda Garden is great! The food is excellent and you get a large portion for the price! My only complaint are the white girls working the counter! They do not know what they are doing, and need things explained so talk slowly! Other than the front counter help, Panda Garden gets 5 stars for fast chinese food!

The food was great, but the caucasian girl working the counter only scowled and was very rude. she was very rude to me and accused me of not paying when i did. thankfully the other customers and the cook saw me pay 20 minutes earlier. i will not go back here after being embarassed so bad.

Panda Garden is the best Chinese food in Janesville. The Garlic Chicken is delicious and spicy to order. I'm a big fan of spicy food, and the hot and sour soup adds a nice touch for cheap, to a meal at Panda Garden. As with most Chinese restaurants, the serving sizes are huge and well worth the price. Highly recommended.
