My first and only time there was amazing,i can still taste the tender crisp cracker crust.IMHO they have the best cracker crust of any place i have been in the country.I have tried going there many times but i allways just pop in and the wait is over 2 hours most times on Saturdays.Best advice is to go before 5pm if you dont have Reservations.I love places that dont leave there roots, great looking old building there who, cares if the neighboorhood is not what it was when they made there first pizza o so many years ago.

Just came from Wells. Had the family style salad. Delish!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then our party of four had a large cheese, sausage and mushroom pizza. A+. Thin crispy hot crust. Sausage was not salty or greasy. We were a party of 3 women and one man. One person also had a asian cup of soup. We had two soda's and four beers. We left very full and had three pieces of pizza left. We will be back again soon to try other dishes. Our total bill was $46.00. Our waitress was fast, friendly and on the ball. Thanks for a nice meal Wells Brothers.

If you like thin crust pizza, this is the best in the midwest! Great staff ensures you have great time. Parking is convenient right across the street, and safe. Come from Chicago to enjoy this delightfull pizza. It's thin crust, so be sure to order enough

I have to say not impressed by the pizza. Every time it was burned and cold. I was not impressed by the place of business or staff. I can not understand the big deal. The area is scary and not one person to watch customers to make sure they are safe, so that is enough for me. Not impressed with much and if I am risking life to pick up a pizza it should be great!

Best pizza in the world, bar none!!! My family comes to Wisconsin from all over the country and we always have to stop in and see Bill for pizza and fish!! Wells Brothers pizza is tops!! The fish fry—especially the perch—is outstanding!! Try the bluegill sometime, it's fantastic!! Love the atmosphere and friendly wait staff. Wells Brothers never disappoints:)

Agreed! It's the best pizza. And the atmosphere is almost as good.

Based on all the hype i've read about this place, I had to try it during my recent visit to Racine. The Crust, is delicious, there is no denying that. Wafer thin, Cornmeal on the bottom gives it such a delicious flavor. And from there, it goes a bit south. The sauce in my opinion tasted like it came from a can. I actually sat there trying to pinpoint the taste to a restaurant up north where i'm from originally. Not saying it's horrible, but i figured with the # 6 ranked pizza in the US, it'd be more than that. Next, the Sausage. To me, it tasted like your average frozen pizza sausage that you'd get on a Jacks pizza or a Tombstone pizza. Neither of which I'm a fan of. Aside from those two things, the pizza was delicious. I love crispy, dark/slightly burnt crust, and next time, I'd go with a different meat topping instead of the sausage. The price was right as well. My date had a cup of broccoli cheese soup, and we shared a 16 inch, two topping pie. All totaled with tip it came out to an even $25, which isn't overly terrible. I would definitely try this place again.

After moving out of Racine 4 years ago to Southern California, I can't visit without stopping at Wells Bros for some pizza! No other pizza I have ever had all around this country can compare! It's delicious, the best thin crust ever :) I miss it :(
