I been going here for years the pizza is pretty good most times, have only had a waitress quit mid-shift one time lol, nothing like waiting 35 minutes with no food insight, but we got a few free rounds of drinks and a 20% discount. There steaks are not to bad for the price either. My favorite thing is are the 1/2 order app's they got,not many places do 1/2 orders anymore.Just make sure you dont mind the wait if you go bewteen 5-7pm on weekends, could be a hour depending on party size.
This pizza is the absolute, very best! I so appreciate Infusino's fine quality of pizza now that I have lived in Texas for the past 20 years. Believe me it is so difficult to find a decent pizzaria here! Whenever we come home, I always make a point of eating Infusion's pizza as much as I possibly can.
I love it! I wish I knew the secret recipe because I could make a fortune down here if I opened a pizzeria as fine as Infusion's in Texas. Don't change a thing. Your pizza is absolute perfection!!!
I'm with Carol. This place has gone down hill as far as tast qulity is concerned. I also grew up here on the Nortrh side. They used to be awesome, but thats when more of the family worked there. Now there are to many non-Italians working there. The food is usually way to salty. The pizzas are still good though. I like the virgin (medium thick) crust.
The region known as Calabria is not the prestige area in Italy for food. This Calabrese restaurant uses a sauce that resembles tomato paste on nearly everything. The pasta is always overcooked, and the sauce Alfredo would make chef Alfredo himself blanche.
I love this place!!!!!!!!!! Whenever we visit my mother-in-law in Racine--I like to talk her into picking up a pizza from Infusinos. The crust is thin & crisp; sauce is just right with spiciness; lots of cheese; not stingy on toppings. Plus the big bonus is that it is the cheapest pizza we have gotten in all of Milwaukee and Racine!
Yet another good pizza place in Racine. I rank this one 3rd behind Wells Bros. and Mike and Angelos. Pizza is a little thicker than your usual thin crust but that allows them to put on more toppings. Service is generally very efficient and prices are cheap.
