Farm Restaurant, Racine

This is a horrible, filthy place. The entire place is dirty, if the owners can t even handle repairing the torn booths, how on earth is the kitchen up to code?! The owners also strongly believe in treating each and every person who walks in the door, including their own employees, like trash. The female owner in paticular is just an overall terrible human being, yelling and screaming at the employees (in front of customers, might I add) for silly things that don t matter and shaking her finger at them like a bad child. NOT TO MENTION! the food is total crap. I would never go to this place again and urge everyone to avoid it at all costs.

I agree with the fact that they do have some rude people that work there. As far as the food goes I don't eat it, but a few co-workers of mine do and they love it. I will say though the Farm has the best Butter Pecan Ice Cream I ever tasted. The restraunt is old though, it has been around Racine for many years, but it doesn't bother me.

A couple of my colleagues from work and I decided to try this place for lunch. Let me just be honest; it's awful. I am shocked that someone else that reviewed this place said that they have the best burgers in town. We all had burgers and they were terrible. Neither me nor my colleagues are even from Racine, and we have already been to numerous places that have better burgers (Out of the Pan, Wells Brothers, Charcoal Grill, etc.) Actually even other fast food places like culvers have much better burgers as well. First of all, the meat looks absolutely gross. I don't know what type of beef they use but I guarantee it is not of a high quality. It looks like it's mixed with something else or there is some kind of fillers in it or something. It honestly looks like mystery meat. The bun I got was completely soggy on the bottom and absolutely disgusting. They also do not melt the cheese at all which I personally don't like either. The fries I got were average, nothing wrong with them but nothing to write home about. We only went once and had burgers so I cannot comment on anything else on the menu. The burgers aren't the only problem I had with this place though. We ate in since we do not get food to go for lunch, and were shocked that this type of establishment would allow smoking. There was no non smoking section, you could smoke throughout the entire thing. They had one of their employees sitting right next to us smoking, not to mention staring at us, which I thought was absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. The place was dirty and looked like it hadn't been remodeled since it opened. Much of the seating in the booths was completely ripped apart and not pleasing to the eye. I will stop there, but I think I have made my point, this place stinks and I recommend you don't eat there.
