i don't like the service, it seems like all the people that are working there are either new or they just don't know what they are doing. Well at least when I call in. But the delivery people are nice, and they are all nice people they just seem to put you on hold alot cause they have to go and ask about things...but the pizza is delicious...yum yum...my favorite.. and their breadsticks oh yeah those are amazing...especially with the cheese dip..yummy...
Okay, I love the pizza. I loved it even when Rocky Rococo's was in Beloit, twenty years ago. The food is really good, but expensive compared to other pizza places. They do offer pizza by the slice though, which can be a pretty good deal.
Staff aren't paid to deal with much and they show it. They'll do their job if it's not too hard, they're not really rude, and they generally will do what the customer needs done.
My biggest complaint is that this really shouldn't be in a college town. Maybe that's the point. The food, as I said, is fairly expensive compared to local places. They are not scheduled to be open late and they will often close early if they fail to prep properly.
First of all when you walk in the place is clean, the salad bar is fresh, and the people are friendly. The food is spectacular and the owner works along with his staff. Hands down the hardest working restaurant in town. Plus, they are very supportive of the community around them. If you're looking for some great food at a great place with some great people this should be your first choice.
