This place use to be our favorite pizza. Lately, the quality of the pizza seems inconsistent and it has - as much as I hate to say this - went downhill a bit. The pizza is not as great as it use to be. Hoping that it changes for the better. They seem to be understaffed when you go in to pick up or dine in. Lack of organization in the pick-up area...sometimes it is several minutes before you are even acknowledged by staff.
I recently used Luisa's catering service for a baby shower. The food was hot and delicious. They delivered right on time and they were helpful and courteous. They had reasonable prices. I would recommend them to anyone.
This place was horrible. The food is awful. Their artichoke hearts are more like leaves, the gnocci came out uncooked. When we sent it back they put it in the microwave and then poured more sauce over the top. It was gross. The waitress argued that we must not know what the dish is supposed to be like. I'm pretty sure it's shouldn't be raw dough. I will never eat there again.
The best of Italy at your hands.
The owner is always on hand and very friendly. The Pizza's and Calzon's are to die for.
Small place but very efficient and the waitress staff is always friendly.
You will not walk away with out taking left overs home and reasonably priced.
Tuesday and Wedsday night's are Pizza special nights well worth the trip.
Great pizza!!! The best I have found here in the area. I highly recommend a visit here. The place has all of the charm of a Wisconsin Bar. The owner Paul is a great guy and greets everyone with a big smile. Just good old Italian food here. Try the manicotti...they are really delicious...you can get these in a combo of meat and cheese. It is also the special for Sunday night. Recently we discovered the homemade soup here...one word...WOW!!! My wife loves the mushroom soup and I am in love with the ham and cheese on rye soup. Yes that is right a soup that tasted like a sandwich...it was so good. The chef who puts these soups together is very creative. Excellent food at a great price in a cozy Wisconsin Restaurant.
By far, the worst service I’ve received in my entire life. I waited to be seated for half an hour, not because they where busy but because of their disorganized mannerism. It took 15 minutes after being seated for the waiter to come and take our order, 10 minutes later we got our drinks. Waiting for our food to come gave me plenty of time to take in the ambient, and I must say the place needs a complete rebuild; it looks like my kid pieced it together from left over flood debris. Tired of waiting, we decided to have our food to go, 45 minutes later we finally get our food. After having waited for almost 2 hours for the food I was looking forward to getting home, after all, any thing that takes 1 hour to cook must be good. I was dead WRONG; aside from being overpriced we did not get what we ordered. The pop-corn chicken was over cooked to the point that it was hard to chew. The grilled chicken sandwich had that burnt tar from the grill (which could have used a good cleaning eons ago) which made it taste nasty. We where not asked if we wanted but where charged for soup or salad for the 3 dishes we ordered. 2 pop-corn chicken dishes and a grilled chicken sandwich with 3 drinks for $29.00 is hi-way robbery. We should have gone to McDonalds and I advise you should too.
Located right off of 50, LUISA'S PIZZA is one of the bright spots between Paddock Lake and Lake Geneva...make sure you mapquest it or you might miss it from the road. Excellent Pizza and Entrees to feed your family for a week. This resturant has all the charm of a local Wisconsin Bar, you feel as if you just got home when you walk in. The staff is very friendly too. Saturday night is there special fried chicken night...yummy!!! Everything on the menu is just delicious home cooking...I highly recommend a stop by. They also have some great happy hour specials during the week, like a 75 cent tap beer...sign me up for that! Also, Luisa's recently celebrated there 10 year anniversary. Congrats to them!!! Personally, I am excited for the next 10 years of eating at this location. If you haven't tried it then you are missing out on a true find. I just hope this review doesn't have me waiting for a table on the weekends.
