Napoli s is one of the best Italian restaurants around! Went there for a birthday celebration and they made it so special. The food is superb! More fun was the fact that they gave my two grandchildren pizza dough balls to play with. Absorbed them with endless play before and after they were done eating. Special DiCarlo desserts topped off the evening as well as two of the wait staff singing Happy Birthday to my grandson and daughter. The place was packed as it usually is, but the wait is worth it!
I have been to Napolis on a few occassions and i wont go anymore since i have waited everytime for at least 10 minutes to be seated, and then a half hour to fourty minutes to be served, if you want good pizza go order out or delivery from here, other than that service is terrible, the waitress doesnt tend to her customers much at all, its sad since they have excellent food that they have such bad service.
I used to agree with all the reviews appearing below but something has happened to the Napoli described below. I suspect it's under new management; at the very least, they have a different chef. The dining room has been completely remodeled and looks great but the vibe was off. The two servers working the dining room seemed stressed. The dining room was practically empty. Wine tasted old and vermented. Wait time for food was unbelievable given we were two of 7 people in the dining room. When the entrees did arrive, they were barely edible. Add to that, the hostess kept chatting with two patrons that were behaving as if they were in a loud pub & grub. She did nothing to quiet them down. I emailed the resturant the next day, they called me back a few days latger. Turns out..they called me accidentally, mistaking me for a catering order. When I told them there was mix up and that I suspected somebody had called me to discuss my email, I was told the manager was in a meeting and the employee promptly hung up. I never heard back from anybody at Napoli. It was good while it lasted.
Their red sauce is so delish I could swim in it! Whenever I go on vacation out of the country, the first thing I do when I come back is get a Napoli's pizza, and I feel at home again. Have never had a bad meal their; I agree the service at the restaurant can be a little slow, but they are always so busy, and the staff is running around trying to keep everybody satisfied, so I can cut some slack on the service. I usually get carry out anyway. Excellent minestrone too. One of the few restaurants in Burlington who were able to make it considering their (very!) humble beginnings. Love them!
A fantastic menu brought to you by a genuine Sicilian family. The waitstaff is polite and friendly and delivery is always prompt as my food is steaming hot. Try the Sicialian style porkchops, its my favorite!
great food. Get carry-out or delivery though. Service is the slowest I've ever experienced!!! Expect to be there for at least 2 hours. Don't bring little kids, they'll get bored! But, food is very very good!!!
I have never had a better pizza in my life. Napoli spares no expense when it comes to ingredients. Everything is from scratch. You will not be disappointed. Their standards in quality and customer satisfaction are like nothing I have ever seen in a resteraunt.
