Culver's, West Bend

They need to get adult managers. The 3 or 4 times I've gone through the drive through, there are about 4 kids in the window---standing around chatting...and even without much of a line of cars...we got little more than cups of mostly melted custard. I don't just mean a little around the outside, I mean almost completely soupy and melted. Custard is custard, tastes pretty much the same no matter where you go (and I love it) but when you're really looking forward to a sundae...melted just doesn't cut it. I've really given up on ordering burgers--from culvers, although most people I know love them. Of the 4 or 5 different times I've ordered burgers (I happen to like lettuce) from different places, for some reason, the lettuce was bad or something and ruined the whole burger......for the price, there are other places I know I'll always get a good burger.
