If you seek an old fashioned flavored burger (aka slider) or steak sandwich and real deal onion rings, this is it. This is the place your doctor doesn't want you to know about...it is that good.

If you're on a diet, blood pressure/choleserol/diabetes medication, or concerned with counting calories...don't go. If you are in the mood for the most delicious steak sandwich (with the works) and greasy french fries in the whole USA, then you're in the right place. Order a chocolate malt...not a shake...a malt, and wear your fat pants, because you'll probably order a second steak sandwich once you've finished the first. The food is that sinfully good.

Charcoal Inn South has a limited but very good menu. They prices are very reasonable. the sandwhichs are served on awesome hardrolls and served the way you want them. My kids love the homemade soups they have. The chili and chicken dumbling is the best. They have daily specials too.

I eat here all the time, and everytime I try something new, but my favorite would have to be their steak sandwiches (with the works, of course) and their potato salad. My mouth waters just thinking about it. And if you can fit in dessert... I would recommend the Drumstick torte. It's sooooo good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GIMME A CHEESE STEAK SANDWHICH WIT DA WERKS! Sheboygan hard role, slap-a-butter, katsup, pickles, onions, Brown musterd, juicy steak patty, and don't forget the Wisconsin CHEESE. Need I say more?

Ok, this is THE place to go for a greasy, juicy, drippin, fallin apart steak sandwich. They have a real charcoal grill - one of the last in town. I remember getting steak sandwiches from here with my Grandma and Grandpa since I was a kid, and every now and then, you just gotta do it.

Charcoal Inn is a regular part of Khris' diet. Without his double brat I think he would die! We eat there once a week, religiously! They have great greasy burgers & brats, cheese fries, salad, buttered baked beans, and homemade tortes. The dining room is quite small, but even during rush hour, there is hardly ever a wait. The staff is VERY friendly and attentive. Overall a great rating from us!
