I seldom write negative reviews and wasn't really intending to write a review here until I read the other reviews. I will add my two cents. I called there at 10:00 this a.m. (they open at 11 so I was surprised someone answered). I said I wanted to place an order for pick up at 11 and then asked how much extra toppings are (my boss is frugal). The guy got a bit miffed and I said I was trying to decide between a specialty pizza or one with a few toppings. He said again WHAT SIZE (louder and like um...answer my question). Part of me wanted to laugh because that's how I act (not to customers) but then I thought yikes....we may want to say stuff like that but we don't if we want to keep our jobs. Pizza was barely warm but I won't blame that on them because not only did we pick it up but it's about 20 degrees outside. I'd only say that they might consider wrapping it in foil or something to keep it warm. Yes, it's expensive but it is good. I will pay extra for good food but it sounds like they're either understaffed and stressed out or really need to get some customer service training. A visit from Corporate might be appropriate.
Sorry Mel...but the manager needs to take a customer service class. I was just there and was disappointed like the others. My suggestion folks is head a little further west to Waukesha if you like Rosati's pizza. The food is better and so is the service
The food is okay, but the business is run very unprofessionally. If I were Rosati's, Inc., I'd have my name pulled off this franchise next time the contract is up. The staff is rude and short on the phone. The store closes sporadically at various times. Half the time, they don't have drivers during delivery hours and don't seem to think that's a problem. They change their mind about where they deliver to when a lazy driver is on. You can hear them deciding if they feel up to making a delivery when the order taker is covering the phone with her hand. Lucky for us that time a second driver was willing to do his job ;) They seem to feel entitled to business and really act like you’re annoying them when you place an order. I just called 2 hours before their published closing time and the order taker answered the phone, yelled were closed and hung up. I can't believe they have any business at all. The manager is worse than the teenagers he has working for him. Never had this problem at another franchise location. It's ridiculous.
