Love all their food, especially the pizza but they have a very strange online ordering process. You select everything on line and submit the order. The order gets sent to Brookfield store. They in turn, print and then fax the order to Delafield. Then if they get the fax at some point, they then call you back and then you have to verbally order everything that you originally took the time to enter online and give them your payment info. If you don t receive a call from them after 20 minutes, you have to call to see if they ever got the order in the first place. If you call the number listed on their website, it is for Brookfield. They tell you that they faxed the order but to confirm it, they give you the phone # for the Delafield store and they tell you to call them. Then you have to call the Delafield store to confirm the order. At that point the order is submitted and you are told that it will be an hour for delivery but really it s almost 2 hours from when you originally ordered ON-LINE . They should: 1) update their website to allow a person to pay with a credit card, 2) have the orders go directly to the location that will deliver the order and 3) just send back an email to verify and confirm the order received and the estimated delivery time.
The reason for on line ordering is convenience. Currently, Marty s makes it very inconvenient and time consuming to use their web site and delay delivery.
