We arrived at the restaurant at 9:55 Sunday morning, there were nine of us in the party for Brunch, including senior citizens (ages 75-85 yrs old). The lobby was empty and people were coming in and getting seated right away. We did not have reservations, but they were seating people (parties of 5+) without reservations while we were standing there. We waited until 10:35, only to be escorted up a long stairwell to something that looked like a storeroom. There were 3 tables with 2 chairs and no place settings. This meant that these senior citizens, who had to hold the banister to climb the stairs would have to carry their brunch plates up and down the steps. This was a BIG mistake.
Thunder Bay Grille, along with its franchise partners, has lost my business forever.
