Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, Dubuque

First my steak I had ordered was so bloody it left a trail of blood on my plate onto my potato and veggies. So when asked the manager to redo my order i was refused. Saying thats how medium should be. So to say the least besides bad food, u have bad service,horriable manager(which by the way was manager of the restuarant), badly priced since we never ate and still had to pay for it after arguing with the manager, which makes for a bad bad night. So u decided if this place is worthy of your hard earned money.
