Mrs Lady's, Arnolds Park

We arrived at Mrs Ladys around 7pm and there was no one waiting in line. There were 9 of us, but we made it clear that we didn't mind if we didn't all sit together. We waited for over a 1/2 hour while groups of 3-4 or 5 walked in and sat right down. We approaced the girl behind the counter several times and she was very snotty and said they were waiting to clear a big table for us. We reiterated that we didn't have to be all together. A group walked in and 5 minutes later the girl called their party of 6 and smirked at us. Disgusting service. We spend hundreds there every year and we'll never go back and we have many many friends that will hear about this. My husband gave the manager a chance to do something and she did not. What a shame.

I was eating at this place and a couple was asking about salsa. That is all...salsa. The waitress was snippy to the woman and then went to the counter and spoke to the other staff and then they all truned around and looked at the couple. I was sitting near and over heard both parts. I left before the couple and called and visited with the manager who claimed to be the owners son. He did not want to hear anything about the waitress. His comment to me was that waitress had been there a long time and there was nothing I could say about her. I said maybe they needed a little HR and he said maybe I did. I was shocked. I use to eat there EVERYTIME we were in the area. Lets just say NEVER again. I have always enjoyed eating the food but have to agree the help is a little slow.
