Had a delivery tonight. Total was $11.42. My autistic daughter gave the driver a $20 bill as I was pulling into the drive. My daughter met him at his vehicle. The driver only gave her $3.00 change, as he put some money in his right front pocket. My daughter immediately came to me, he quickly sped away. I then called the manager/supervisor, Tommie, she said she would check with the driver and get the $5 and have the next driver out this way return the $5. After over 3 hours I called back. At this time Tommie stated that she questioned the driver and checked ALL of his cash and he did not have the $5, he has been with the company over five years with no complaints. I try to instill in my children honesty.... I know this can not be proven and do not ever expect to see the money again, but you DO have a thief as a driver. Tommie provided the drivers name. I will be contacting the Pleasant Hill police to file a report to help show my daughter how to deal with such things since your company won't, as Tommie said she really didn't care, and others wouldn't listen to what I might have to say.
They may have good pizza but this place ranks a -1 on service. You will be lucky to get what you ordered and even luckier still get a hold of them to order in the first place. Ordered over $50 worth a food for a party I was having and half the order was wrong. Tried to tell this to the delivery person and they said this is the address on the order, tried to call the store back... no one would answer the phone. Who runs a business like this?
