McDonald's, Holland

I have gone there twice and each time after 1:00pm so that I could arrive after the lunch crowd. The first time about a week ago I went they were out of fries and said they would bring them out to me which they did after I was done eating which was about fifteen minuets after I had gotten my other part of my 1/4 lb cheesebuger meal.Today the same thing they said they would bring the fries to me but they never did. When I told the manager she offered to give me the fries but I had to get back to work and had no time, she then offered me a pie or cookie which I do not eat and so I just left and will not return. Very poor service for being after lunch hour.
