We are here in south haven for the summer at our RV trailer and go to this place often for their thin crust pizza. We love it! Fresh green peppers on our pizza and good service too. I would recommend it as a casual pizza place or pasta place, nothing fancy but good food. Their pasta is also good to me.
Who are these idiots reviewing this restaurant. This is one of our favorite spots in south haven. There food is awesome. My wife is very sensitive to sauces and she loves this place. Our kids always say yes when we propose going to venezia. Internet people that complain need to get a life. The people are awesome and very accommodating-We give this restaurant our 5 star praise.
I love there stuff shells!!!!!!! my all time favorite, I will travel to S.Haven for them, though the place is often messy when I get there and the service is not at its best the stuffed shells are GREAT!... lol
I live in South Haven...fulltime. And I know how difficult it is to get into a restaurant. If you want to have gummy, chewy, undercooked pasta, sitting in a puddle of water .... go to Venezia. Yummy! Especially the mostaccioli. My daughter actually ate some of hers, but ended up dipping the bread into the sauce and found it to be much more palatable than the actual entree. We have had the thin crust pizza in the past and have found it to be palatable, but the location makes it dificult to get to, especially in the summer. This abomination that we had tonight should be taken off of the menu. And get this! you still have to pay for it, if you dont eat it!!!! What a bargain!
Keep sticking it to the tourists. The locals will be avoiding you, like the plague.
This place sucks. Food not fresh, service was HORRIBLE. I'll never go here again. Employees seemed more interested in talking on the their cell phones than doing pretty much anything. Not sure what the cooks had up their asses...tried to complain to the manager but he seemed pretty much as incompetent as the rest of them. DO NOT GO HERE
If you like Kennel Ration dog food mixed with a little tomato sauce and no ricotta cheese and have them call it Lasagne then this is the place to go. The food was terrible but the service was acceptable. The fried calimari turned out to be squid in cream sauce. Enjoy
We try to get there often. The food is very good as is the service. The staff, right up to the owner, Rich, is quite friendly. It is a relaxing place to dine indoors or on their outdoor porch. All the people we have seen there seem to be having a good time. We always do.
