It s hard for me to get upset, really. And this place accomplished it.
Pull in. Order. Girl says pull ahead to pay at first window. I pull ahead.
Sit around for two full minutes and still no sign of life. I pull forward to the second window thinking she meant second window. The girl looks at me confused. I tell her that no one is there. She gives me a loud and super professional HUH? . She then tells me back up and do it again.
Back at window number one again. It s obvious I ve imposed on this guys life. He does not say one word or give me eye contact. He takes my card, swipes it, and hands it back. Saying a quick Thanks or Have a nice day ? Not this guy. How dare I order food from him.
Go to pick up food. I guess it was my mistake for trusting them with a simple order. She hands me my drink with a loose lid.
I grabbed the drink, lid pops off, diet pepsi sprays all over myself, interior, and side of car.. The icing on the freakin cake?
I ordered spicy nuggets, got regular.
No croutons came with the Cesar salad.
No straw for what little beverage I had left.
I m pretty sure Dave Thomas will be haunting these workers for desecrating his legacy and honorable name. I like Wendy s, but this is just ridiculous.
The worst Wendy s I ve ever been too. Probably the worst fast food joint I ve been too. We walked in and the garbage cans were all turned around so there was garbage all over the top of them. The floor was littered with crumbs, fries, and paper garbage. We got in line and the guy ordering said they were out of ice but then he changed his mind and said there was ice. The drinks were all flat and tasted awful. The burger was basically cold. Room temperature food is NOT good. The only thing that was actually good about the meal was the fries - and we waited about 10 minutes for them because they were low on fries. The salad was awful too, how does someone screw up a salad? Finally, there was boxes and bags of buns in the back of the kitchen ON THE FLOOR clearly visible to customers. And the employee at the front didn t have a work uniform on. I recommend you stay far away from this Wendy s.
I agree that this is one of the worst Wendy's around. I went through the drive-through and placed a very simple order. Two double bacon cheese burger meals (plain) with diet cokes and 1 Chicken Frascata. When I got home I had 1 double bacon single cheeseburger meal but with a regular coke and one crispy chicken sandwich with a regular coke. When I called they said I forgot my chicken frascata...I had to remind them they I didn't forget it but they forgot to give it to me and the rest of the order was wrong as well. Since the whole order was messed up they told me just to come back in and give my name and they would make it right. When I tried to do that the Manager on duty who was rude and snotty said she couldn't do anything since I didn't have a receipt. I explained that I was doing as I was told - which was come in anytime and give your name and they would make it right. Well...she wouldn't do anything to help me and even mumbled under her breath a profanity about me. The whole time she was sarcastic and rude. Don’t bother with this Wendy’s the service is poor and usually the food is thrown together and the fries are always undercooked.
Every time I visit the local Wendy's in South Haven, they never get a to-go order correct. Today, I ordered a single with lettuce, mustard, onion, tomato and cheese. I got a single with onion and tomato. The fries were hardly cooked (mushey). When I questioned the server, it was apparent that the order was incorrect on purpose. He snickered along with the person that made the order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WENDY'S OF SOUTH HAVEN, MI (They have lost my business and I'm sending a email to all my friends and acquaintances about the same).
