Myself, sister and her husband visited the Three Rivers Applebee's and had a woderful experience. We were there today 11/11/11 and myself and bro in law are Veteran's. Had outstanding service and the meal was fantastic. I had the double crusted shrimp and he had the 7oz Sirlon. Both were great. Food and drinks delivered promptly. Food was hot and very tasty. I would like to thank Applebee's for there supporting Veteran's and Active Duty military personnel on this day. The free meal deals were great. Thanks again for a fantistic exprience at your restaurant. Our server Kasey was very joyous and pleasant. Visited our table many times to ask if we needed anything. Overall a great time. Thanks. Dan Avery
I would also like to thank the young lady was handing out cards of thanks to all the veterans. I believe they were made by elementary students at the local schools. They were a very nice addition to my visit. Made me feel like my time in the military meant something to someone. Very good touch to the visit.
I will visit this Applebee's again and again soon. Thanks
My husband and I visited the Three Rivers Applebee's recently and the food and service were absolutely wonderful. We were promptly greeted and our server brought our drinks almost immediately, the food was fresh and delicious and the manager even stopped by our table on two different occasions to make sure everything was going well. I will definitely be going back to this Applebee's in the future and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience in Three Rivers.
This place is terrible. Not only is the service bad but the value of food is awful as well. I would never recommend this place to someone and I will certainly not go back. Three Rivers definitely needs a new sit down restaurant. I would much rather drive to Kalamazoo and eat at Chilis. Now that place is great!
I don't expect much from Applebee's (the McDonald's of casual dining), but was very upset with my last visit. I believe that this chain thrives on coming to small communities, such as Three Rivers, and being the only chain sit down place in town. Otherwise, I don't know how they would do so well. The server here took about 8 minutes to greet us, another 8 for drinks to come, etc. I noticed other tables around us wating just as long. We asked for many items twice, as the server forget them. The bartender was wearing a hooded sweatshirt over uniform, which I thought looked bad. The service was just awful. I will go to Bud's next time someone suggests this place, where they seem happy that I am there dining!
When this Applebee's first opened in Three Rivers it started out great but the last three or four times I was there the food was terrible and usually was served cold. They seem to have a huge employee turnover rate so the servers are never properly trained. Very, very disappointed in this franchise of the Applebee's chain.
