Arby's, Three Rivers

Needs better customer service. I stopped in this morning and ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch Market Fresh sandwich thru the drive thru and told them I had a punch card for a free sandwich. When I got to the window and handed in my two punch cards with a TOTAL of f 5 stamps on them. I was told I couldn't use because they couldn't combine tickets. Doesn't make ANY sense to me, 5 stamps is 5 stamps however you look at it. Just another excuse, Why would it matter if they were on Two different tickets, I obviously had to have been there enough times to get 5 stamps, just used different cards when being stamped, found one in my desk other I kept in my purse. Apparently Arby Manager needed tickets mote than me, I told them to keep them. VERY UNHAPPY X-Customer
