I fail to see the Hoopla in this restaurant. I would have rather had a facial done with my time & money. Food did not taste anything like Asian flavor. The standard brown rice was definitely instant, very waxy. Yuck! Their Gluten Free fried rice was okay. I'll pass on this one when in Lansing again.
Yummmmmmmmaaaaa!!!! Those chinese people really got something going there!!! The Mongolian Beef, was the shhhhizzzzznit..... Our waiter Joeseph had a few suggestions on our other choice, and was more then helpful. When are they going to put one of these in Grand Rapids?!?!?!?!?!?
I met a group of friends there, we were supposed to have the private room but they made a mistake and didn't make the people leave when they were supposed to. So they cleared a big circle table for us. I just got dessert because I really couldn't afford to get a whole meal. To me the prices seemed kinda high. You can get the same food for cheaper at some of the buffets around Lansing. I didn't really see where it's worth it to buy a meal there. The place is quite fancy on the inside. It was a good experience but not someplace I'm really looking forward to going back to.
The food, the atmosphere, the waitstaff...all wonderful. I've been there several times and have yet to have a bad experience. The food is excellent...lettuce wraps are beyond explaining how good they are. The ambiance is warm and relaxing. The price isn't outrageous and the food is well worth what you pay.
They have the best chinese food and wonderful waitstaff. The best part is that if you are unsure of what the different entrees are or what you want, they will help you decide based on ingredients you specify. So cool for those of us that are not up on the different names of chinese recipies.
