i always find my experience here very nice. the staff is always welcoming and helpful. the dining rooms are remodeled and clean. so far everything that i have ordered has been a delight. they also always have the best lent specials too.
I will never go to this place again. euclid has a graveyard of out of business restaurants like lindin hoff, big apple bagels. this place needs to die and join them in hell. I went in with my friend. we were were both well dressed professional coming for a dinner at 840pm. sign said please seat yourself. we walked to the right. old hag shooting the breeeze with her lazy coworkers says rudely... any seat in the LEFT section guys. NOT... hello... how are you? we exit the right section go to the left section. every table is filthy and unbussed except for the back corner and the ones next to it. we sit in the empty booth against the back wall. we are ignored for 8 mintues. the same rude hostess/manager whatever comes up to us and says This section is closed too I reply... you just said any seat in the left section..... .She rudely brings out a section closed sign that was not visible before and repositions it in front of us. we basicly are encouraged to go sit at a food / booger/ crumb filled table with soilded napkinds and crumpled ones on it. ... we walked out... went to Gs pizza , a nice place on saginaw st in bay city. read my review of this restaurant
Had my son s graduation party here a few days ago. The staff and manager were both friendly and professional. The food was great, the service fantastic, and the price reasonable. But then, I have always found this to be true. We were pleasantly surprised to see his name and congratulations on the marquis. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.
Don't bother with going there on third shift Monday or Tuesday nights, unless you just got out of a bar. Even then the service sucks. Megan is the worst waitress ever, and the cashier Ann is almost as bad. Ann isn't too bad when she doesn't work with Megan
Where to start? The service sucks, the head manager is condescending and pretentious. The portions have went down over the years so you're paying through the nose for barely anything. The Texan caters to drunks on the weekend and I'm sure the workers hardly get paid enough to deal with those loud retarded drunks that they refuse to ban because it's their only source of income. Although the portions are terrible the food is certainly edible, as long as the waitress and cook gets your order correct.
This place had the worst service I have seen in a long time!! No one greeted us, we chose a corner booth and waited about 20 minutes before flagging down a waitress to take our order- and she acted as if we were bothering her! She never asked if we wanted water, or even smiled, let alone eye contact. We waited another 30 minutes for our food, which arrived cold- no attempt at all to even microwave it. My friends T-bone steak was mostly fat and gristle, my Mexican platter was cold and greasy and my other friend had cold refried beans with fake tasting sour cream to boot! Needless to say, we left no tip and I have no plans whatsoever to return there! Bad service, bad food- how do they stay open??
