Delicious food (So Good), Friendly Setting, Reasonable Price = I will go back again. The wait staff was excellent. The desserts were top notch. Our group all tried something different and we only had good things to say about our meals. It was a semi formal friendly atmosphere where everyone is welcome. Very refreshing. Oh... and the wait staff was just as cute as a button!
We just got back from a great meal! My husband had the Scallops, and I had the Whitefish..Our two girls ate of the kids menu. We also had the Portobello mushroom appetizer, what a wonderful meal. You get what you pay for at this restaurant. I know the meals seem a bit pricey but are well worth it!
The Farm is a very friendly and accomodating restaurant. I went there with my wife, two teenage step-kids and my 17 month-old daughter. They were very friendly and didn't even blink at our motley crew or the fact that we had a stroller.
The wait-staff was very courteous and genuine. The decore was very home-style and casual.
My step-son had a caesar salad, which he said was very good. I had the shrimp tempura with chili sauce. It was good, but the sauce tasted very much like mine, which starts out as a bottled sauce I doctor - I don't have a problem with that, but they say their food is all made from scratch. Also, for $10 I would have expected 6 shrimp, not FOUR! My step-daughter started with the edamame (soy beans), which she really enjoyed. She, my wife and I all ordered the spinach salad, which was absolutely delicious - this dressing was authentically house-made. For mains - my step daughter had the nori rolls, which she said was very good - my wife had the salmon, a (maybe) four ounce piece which was good, but for the price they charged a bit over-priced - I had the chicken breast with greens and mushroom polenta. I was stuffed by the time I got to this part, so I only ate part of it, but the greens and polenta were perfect. I could have eaten this without even the chicken. My step-son asked for orange juice, which was not a good idea for a restaurant that is only open at night. Apparently, it was cannned oj and not very good - we had it removed from our bill.
All-in-all, it was a very nice meal. Unfortunately, when I went to finish eating my meal at our rental, I bit into a bone in the greens and my mouth hurt for 2 days.
I really would rather have been more positive, but with the bad oj, the too small portion of salmon, the too small portion of shrimp & the bone in the greens - there were too many issues for me to give them a better rating.
