I have lived in the area much longer than Legends been open. Never considered it as a place to go. I had been told many times that they had good pizza. So, last week we went with a small group on a weeknight. Not a good choice. We got there just before 7PM and there were a lot of empty tables. It took our server over 15 minutes to bring our drink order of 5 beers, one soft drink and three waters. For our group of 9 our food order was for 4 appetizers and two sandwiches. Our food finally made it to the table at 8:05PM. Over 45 minutes for appetizers and sandwiches? Glad we picked a slow night. As for the food quality, it’s just your typically bar fare. Nothing special. Same as you can get most anywhere. The atmosphere is nothing special either. It’s just another loud (even on a slow night) and dark sports bar. Fortunately, we have enough local choices to keep us from going back.
pizza is pretty good here. The bartender gabe was funny and pleasant.Service was ok could of been better if our server, think her name was stephanie, was more interested in serving us rather than hugging a guy that worked across the street..Its nice to greet your customers but not overdo it.
I ordered the veggie pizza and asked that there be no tomatoes on it. The waitress told me it was not possible. I asked why, and she said she could do it, I was a bit confused, but pleased that I could get what i had wanted. When I got my bill i was charged for a personal pizza, and seperately for each topping. It was a $14 one person pizza. Yes the pizza was acceptable, but not worth the price. Also seeing that an employee brings a dog in the building and then compares bringing her pet in to a service animal? no thank you.
2 stars because while the pizza was way over priced it wasn't awful. I
Went into legends on 8/17 Tuesday and the manager was walking around with her dog even in the kitchen I just got done eating my meal how gross is that never again will we go there and we will be finding another place for our fantasy football and soccer meeting you lost a lot of business WHO DOES THAT (oh yea shes dating the owner I guess thats who does that)
I can't believe someone said the pizza was only average! It's the best around! I talk to alot of people in the area and when you bring up pizza, thats the only game in town. But more importantly' the place is clean and fun! And what ah great atmosphere! Kick ass employees!!!!!!!!!!!
