Im assuming due to the economy this location is not honoring most coupons. They point to the small print of participating locations and will not allow most of them. Once in how can you tell your child were not staying and stuck paying full price after expecting to use a coupon. This has occurred twice including using one found in the Sunday newspaper. Do yourself a favor avoid the kids screaming and go someplace else.
ALI.... the Manager at CEC's Novi location does all he can to make sure that the patrons in his establishment are well taken care of and things are made right. Thank you for getting involved Ali. You have saved a good customer.
What is going on CEC's....I can't even begin to describe how expensive you are. We had an awful night at the Novi location. I could take my family to a baseball game AND get hotdogs for the price you want for a pizza and a few tokens. Do you really need to charge $40.00 for a pizza? I know that the prizes you give away when you turn in the tickets surely don't cost that much. A totsie roll for 200 tickets? What are you thinking. After my daughter finally picked out her treasures for the night and we got home, the pop rocks had an expiration date of March 2010......IT'S DECEMBER. I wondered why the place was empty and now it is very clear. Do you think you could have a family salad for about $6.00 extra instead of per person extra? Could you perhaps get better prizes for the kids....even some fruit snacks or roll ups. Anyway doesn't matter....boycot U CEC's. I'm going to go to Dave and Buster's next time or maybe even the Dentist.........
We had a six year old birthday party yesterday and what a waste of time and money. They gave us 1 1/2 hours to get everything done with 12 6 year olds then kicked us out before the presents were open. No other party was set up for. It cost $240.00 for the 12 six year olds, two extra large pizza's with cups and $15.00 worth of extra tokens. Mom and Birthday girl left there crying. We had to go find a booth open for everyone to be able to open presents, which there wasn't one while the table sat empty. Shame on you. This is just a casino for children.
My family and I attended our second birthday celebration here and unfortunately the experiences were the same. The kids love the games but the food, layout, and service leave a lot to be desired. The tables in the section reserved for birthday parties are way too close together. Just getting to your seat is a chore. The birthday girl's family had to repeatedly ask for plates, cups and plasticware, even when it was obvious there wasn't enough to go around. The pizza wasn't very good either. On the positive, there was plenty for the kids to do, the machines were well maintained and the place was relatively clean.
