My husband and I have gone here for many years. Best chinese in the around and the friendliest owners. We go here so much the owner knows us by name - even knows our orders before we know. Two thumbs up all the way!

best chinese around, i absolutely love it-great food and service

I am pretty picky when it comes to chinese food. And while the place can look a little run down, it has really good food. The service is quick. I love , love, love their almond boneless chicken. This restaurant would go in my top 5 chinese restaurants ever (and I've been to many). For the person who had a bad experience, I'd say give it one more try. My husband and I have been happy each time we were there.

"Draughty place"???We got a carry-out...yes, the place is a little worn, but the food was tasty, w/good sized portions. Lots of meat in the Steak-Kow & Pork Fried Rice. It's Cantonese style, which usually isn't as spicy. Reasonably priced, as well.We will definitely order there again.

Ate Lunch. Its a cold draughty place run down place with disapointing food. I ordered Spicy chicken. It arrived sans spice and a plastic squeezy bottle of Heiz chilli sauce was placed on my table and I was told to add it to my food in order to spice it up. Hopeless, truly pathetic. Just be honest and state that the food carries no spice. Lots of food for a low price. It's as authentic as almond boneless chicken. Close your eyes and you can imagine Chef Boyadee with a Chinese accent.

Ate at the Golden Dragon tonight & was not impressed. Possibly the worst Asian food I've ever had. We ordered General Tso's, Almond Boneless Chicken & Curry Chicken. The General Tso's was terrible, as was the Curry Chicken. Hubby said the Almond Boneless was pretty good(I didn't taste it b/c I've never like the dish). Wonton soup was only Ok. No free refills on the drinks. Waiter(owner???) was friendly but seemed rushed, despite the fact that we were one of only 3 patrons in the restaurant. Honestly, we went here on the reviews from another site. We're sorry we did. We're new to the area & are looking for that "favorite Chinese restaurant". This was definitely NOT it!

My parents and I have eaten at the Golden Dragon since I was a child, WAY back in 1987! I believe the place was actually established in 1983 (don't quote me on that). They have, absolutely, the most FABULOUS Chinese food I have ever had, ANYWHERE! I'm pretty traveled, I've visited several Chinese/Japanese places over the years and not one of them compares to this place. Wether you dine in or take out, expect great food, reasonable prices, and friendly service (all of which seem to be a lost "art" now-a-days). My family's favorite menu item is "Dinner for 3" which includes: 3 Egg Rolls, 3 soups (we like the wonton), Sweet and Sour Pork, Gai Kow, Almond Boneless Chicken, and Fried Rice. I also enjoy the Cashew Chicken.

We have recently moved here and have asked many people recommend a good chinese resturant. This is by far the best that we have been to here. The owners are great the food is fantastic. Has to be the best in this area and you can't beat the price either

The Golden Dragon has stood the test of time. While other Chinese restaurants nearby have come and gone, this restaurant, with its quality food and generous portions, is still serving. ...Thank goodness!!!

We have been eating the food from this restaurant for years. We usually get carry out. The prices are good, the food is excellent. The portions are large The service is great. We eat at this restaurant often. I would recommend this place to anyone.
