One of our regular places to dine.
First, I will tell you waht I like about Heroes. For starters they have the best Bloody Mary in SE Michigan. I recommend the larger version, but only one. The Delmonico steak is cooked to perfection every single time, and so deliciously flavored and burgers are worth a try. The ribs are decent too. Fish entrees are also winners here. Skip the baked potato and order the fries because they are golden brown potato sticks of goodness. Try the $10 mac 'n' cheese and let me know how it tastes. Service here is consistantly good and well paced.
Potentially, the drawbacks are the larger than usual smoking section near the bar area which you must wait in for your table. Parking, although adequate, is sometimes a nightmare during the busy times of the night. OK, I know it's me, but I can't stand places that give you the mini loaf of bread. Again, it's me. The place is almost always busy, so it's also louder than most places you'll eat. The place has big screens as if it's a sports bar. But it's not a sports bar.
Say high to L. Brooks Patterson when you're in there. He's a regular after 6PM.
