This restaurant was pretty awful. The menu consisted of ONE appetizer (stuffed mushrooms) and had no red meat options at all. I had the salmon and it was bone dry charred on the outer edges and cold in the middle. My husband had an unidentifiable piece of fish which he promptly threw up in the parking lot. The mushroom soup was decent but the side house salad was wilted and brown. We were completely disgusted with this place and we will NEVER be back. Even the dessert menu was extremely limited (4 items). We had eaten at the Kruse and Muer on Main Street and were just as disappointed. Apparently Kruse and Muer represents really horrible food. We would never recommend this to anyone.
Skimpy portions, over cooked chicken, and soupy pizza. When the bread is fresh it's good. Everything taste like there is either too much butter, or oil, in it, even the pizza. They ought to rename the joint Wishbone Dressing and Land of Lake Butter.
I have never had anything to eat here that wasn't stellar. Even the specials that may sound experimental are tasty and well presented. The service is faster than the Kruse on Main due to the smaller dining room. The individual pizzas are a hit with those who don't want seafood.
