Lakeside TGIF totally blows. Whoever manages this place should get the lazy door opener guy the boot, the door rail is actually bent form his lazy butt leaning on it as he opens the door. ya, nice feel welcome now, lax is the way the place is from lack of cleanliness to food, excuses is what i hear all of them..oh i'm sorry, well that dn't fix the problem does it. who wants overcooked potato skins? stupid they changed the 3 deal down to no dessert and the manager is a totaly B*tch!
I was at the restaurant outside smoking before entering a week or so ago and witnessed an upset customer with the waitstaff bar area staff at this TGIF repeadedly misusing the credit card information. The female manager did nothing except make excuses. Looking at how shady the bar staff appeared untidy, and all the identity theft going on why a manager would treat a paying customer so rudely. So we left and will not return, do not need that, no way no how. Went over to Red Robin and had a great burger although, do not like the ribs at red robin. I think the ribs are better at Logans.
TERRIBLE I didnt even want to put one star! Second time I have be dissapointed by the food there. For what you pay Im surprised that they are still there. I felt sorry for the server he tried but the cooks need to go back to school if they think that the food they are serving to there customers is anything but unacceptable. Never wasting my money there or at any of them ever again. Whats really sad is that nothing will be done about any of our horrible experience s !
When I placed an order, and didnt get what I asked for, the manager Michelle at the Schoenherr Rd. store acted as if she could care less, and blamed it on someone else, when it was clearly their error. I will no longer frequent Fridays, as I have in the past, and will pass on the experience. This is the second disappointment. I am also noting that most of the reviews are cut off by advertisements, but make no mistake, there are a great deal of unhappy customers. You need better management, thats a given.
My husband and I are totally done with TGI Friday's. As regulars on most weekends for about 15 years after last nights visit 11/3/07 we have decided we will no longer be returning to this restaurant. It was some of the worst food that we have ever eaten. I ordered bruchetta pasta, which was pasta with fresh tomatoes and chicken so dry I choked on it. No presentation what so ever and I can assure you it didn't even closesly resmble what I was about to consume. I should have sent it back. The drinks over the last 6 months have been nothing more than juice. I'm convinced the liquor is watered down and after spending $72 on a meal with drinks that I don't even think my dog would eat we've decided that we will take our business elsewhere from now on. We will more than likely start spending our money at Chammps where the food and drink are better. I don't know who is running this place, but it is the worst as far as food is concerned. We used to stop in for drinks, but that will no longer happen when all your drinking is water or so it seems. As for their menu. What happened to some of the stuff they used to have? This new menu offers very little that appeals to either of us. Anyway, just a comment because after talking to friends who have also been regulars they feel the same way we do. they need to go back to the way you used to be. This place is horrible!
I usually have gone there for drinks at the bar. But went to lunch and it wasn't good I will just say my meal was free and gave us certificate to come back don't think so..... And I don't like the way they remodled it....
On several occasions our server interupted our conversation to ask if things were ok. They were until she kept butting in! She could have waited for a break in the talk but she just blurted right in... If they are trained to do that it's wrong.
