Beau Jacks Restaurant, Bloomfield

Beau Jacks has a real attitude problem, I will be telling everyone I know about the rude jerk that was my waiter, the lazy, slutty bartender (DON T flaunt it if you don t have it). Seriously, you re breasts are not appetizing and I felt quite inappropriately displayed. The food is good, but that can be found elsewhere. It is no problem for me to take my business elsewhere. Clearly management has no problem with the employees they maintain on staff, but I do. I will not be back unless I hear that there have been major changes. I m sure in this job climate it can t be impossible to find courteous servers. Take a hint and create a better culture of service.

Very poor service. The canned music was blaring at lunchtime on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We were one of the few customers there and requested several times that the music be turned down but our requests were ignored. The food was okay but the waitress was inattentive and brusque.

The food is very good, but the service is slow. The servers are also very pretentious and could care less about you if you're not a Bloomfield Hills socialite. I will not go back and will advise all of my friends to avoid this place. You can find the same quality of food at better prices and with much friendlier staff.

the food is remarkable at Beau Jacks, my favorite is the White Fish. appetizer is the onion loaf a must have.... pete curtis

We started going back after going here as children with our parents. We don't like that smoking is still allowed in the bar area but soon the laws will stop all of that. The salads, onion soop and hamburgers are the best around. Oh and they have the best bread! The service is en pointe every time. The price is average and the atmosphere is great. If you have not been here in a while, it's still great!
