This used to be my favorite inexpensive sushi restaurant in Ann Arbor, but the menu at Sushi.come has changed. Although a lot of people seemed to be enjoying themselves when I visited, I was disappointed with the change. The sushi assortment is no longer on the menu. The sushi is now ordered al a carte by the pair. This is a lot more expensive and I was not as happy with the sushi.
Tried this sushi place for the first time last night. First off, service was way below average. Took a long time for tea and salad. The soup tasted like a bottle of salt was dumped in it and the salad was two bites...literally. I had high hopes for the sushi and was very disappointed. The pieces were tiny and they do not know how to do tempura. It also took a long time for us to get our sushi...we were the only ones there, not sure what the hold up was. Overall, pretty cheap but not even worth $5. I would never go back. I eat at Sushi House in Farmington once a week---wonderful sushi and much cheaper.
One of the best sushi place with fast service and food price in town. Location's great for students stop by for quick lunch. I like the lunch menu especially for the bento lunch boxes. Friendly services and good sushi, teriyaki's not bad either.
I've eaten here several times and I've enjoyed each visit. The rolls and sushi are very good. The service is prompt and respectable. The sushi bar area is a great spot for people watching. Take a visit. I doubt you'll be disappointed.
