Bruno's, West Lafayette

Great place for pizza. I was a student at Purdue in the early 1990's, but didn't go there as much as I should have. Beautifully decorated inside with Purdue memorabilia and pictures of celebrities that have eaten there. Tried the doughballs that I have heard so much about, but these were a disappointment.

i've been going here my whole life. this is the best pizza in the world!!! try the peanut butter pizza. i have actually driven there from chicago when i was really craving it. :)

How Arni's beats out Bruno's in the JC's 'best' I will never understand. How ANY pizza can be classified better than Bruno's - I'll never understand! My dad actually took my mom there on their first date many years ago. I'm 39 now and it's been a part of my life since I can remember - even working there at one time as a teenager! I even took my husband there on our first date! The food is beyond awesome - especially the pizza. On top of that, the Itin family is one in a million - kind, friendly, caring....just great, great people who know how to create great, great food.

This is hands down the BEST place in the area for a night out or even getting a delivery from. Where to start, the food is THE BEST, service is next to none, no where will you find a better place for just about any type of food you may like. This explains why there is a line evey weekend and is WELL worth it.

You cannot beat Bruno's Swiss Inn! The pizza (pepperoni + green olives) is hands down the best in West Lafayette. And let's talk about the beer...extremely cold and delicious. Keep up the good work! Bruno's rock.

My wife and I went to Brunos and decided to eat from the entree menu. For two people one appetizer and a tip it was 35.00. The fettucine sauce was runny not thick and the rolls tasted like regular white bread. The salad although interesting seemed more like a hodge podge of items with one piece of egg, a crouton things like that. Although the service was really good the overall quality of the food did not seem worth the total price. We could have dined at Olive Garden or another place on that level and had better quality of food for the price. Maybe next time we will try the pizza instead but I don't think we are in a rush to return. 3-11-06

I've been a Bruno's fan since I was a young kid. I worked there as a 13 year old (I'm now 37) and my parents were friends with Bruno and his family. I moved away from Lafayette to Fort Wayne for a few years and would have friends/family bring me a Bruno's pizza if they were coming to visit. This is, by far, the best pizza I've ever eaten. After all these years it's still one of my favorites. Keep up the good work, guys!
