This restaurant's customer service is absolutely non-existant. First, we were not able to make reservations for a group of 14. However, we were told by the management that if we were present by 5 PM that seating would be available. Contrary to the management, when we called at 4:45 PM to let them know we were on our way, we were told that the way time was an hour and a half. That's bad news particularly when you have a group of 14 getting together to celebrate a 93rd birthday. When I spoke with the manager, he was rude and non-apologetic. His words and actions spoke volumes about the lack of customer service there; it's obvious that his lack of skills is passed along to his young staff.
Upon leaving the restaurant, I made a call to Logan's steakhouse, which isn't far. They were able to seat us immediately, the customer service was excellent and the manager visited several times to thank us for coming in. A wonderful experience at Logans.
