Steak 'n Shake, Richmond

I use to work there, horrible,disrespect,rude, unprofessional management, i ever work for, i wouldn t suggest no one getting a job, here, unless its for general manager, where you can clean up this store

I walked out! I stopped last night at 3:50 in the morning , there was a couple of other groups their but thet had there food. I assume the manager asked me for a drink order ,I wanted a water. One of the customers went up to pay and he waited on them . I watched the transaction ,it took 5 minutes to pay the bill and get change? He then walked around in the staging area and talking to people in the kitchen . I was their for about 10 minutes and never got my drink or was asked to place an order ,@#$% this place. They need better management ?

Ate here on 20 December 2010 with three others. The next day my wife and mother were both violently ill with diarrhea and vomiting. Toilet in woman's restroom was plugged up. Called manager Booke Rybiski to complain and all she could do was say she was sorry. Avoid this place like the plague it is.

Absolutely terrible, dirty, employees don't care at all, food comes out completely wrong, they won't fix it or even answer their phone. I wouldn't suggest ever eating there. When I called corporate to report the issues I had, the person there didn't care either. They ended up mailing me a $5 gift card to cover about $30 worth of screw ups.

This is the worse place you could ever eat at. rude employess and the food would come out wrong, even after sending the food back. The rest room were also dirty and I also found mold floating in my soft drink because they did not clean the rings and filter in a while.

it's amazing how bad this one is when the one in new castle and the one's in dayton are sooooooooo much better. usually dirty, bad service and for some reason the food isn't as good as other Steak and Shakes....
