While service seems to vary from trip to trip overall this Taco bell seems to be pretty consitent on one thing...NOT PUTTING CHEESE on the tacos. There are basic elements to a taco and cheese being a major component of this and for a year plus I am lucky to get 3 strands of cheese per taco. After asking why this is happening I have determined that they are in a Where is the beef type crisis...their reply varies from it all falls out when we wrap the tacos to the management doesn't allow us to put much cheese on. In that case I am thinking someone needs to lower the price because the consumer is not getting what they are paying for.
The food was hot and good but the service was very slow, sit in the car lane for over 20 minutes just waiting to order. After they took order it again took time to get to the carry out window. If your in a hurry don't stop here. They gave out plenty of sauces, and napkins, which was nice.
I have been to this Taco Bell many times. (I used to work there.) I have to say that the quality, service, and personality of this store has dreamatically went down the tubes. The last couple of times I have been there I have had to wait over 20 minutes for just a small order. You have two sided to work on, USE THEM!! And don't plan on spending less than $5-$8 per person for not much food.
