Well, usually when I order from Saylors I get very good pizza. But, there have been a few times that I didn't get the extra cheese or sausage that I paid for. I love Saylors pizza, but in the event that I would keep getting less quality pizza, I would just simply order from somewhere else. I usually don't bother complaining about it because there are establishments that think that everyone wants to get something free. I just simply take my hard earned cash elsewhere. But as it stands, Saylors is my favorite for now.
Okay I work at Saylors Pizza been there for eight years and been around there for over 18 years my mom and dad used to work there. we have heard it all of the complaints alot of people just want something for free they figure if they complain they will get something for free but in actuallality nothing is wrong with their food we are already the cheapest in town and we cant afford to just give away food for free.....you wouldnt believe how people just try to get something for nothing....
My husband and I ordered a pizza for delivery from the south bend location. When we received it we were displeased at what we saw. Our pizza was dry and cold like it had been sitting all day. It was not prepared like we asked. When we called to speak with the manager he did nothing to satisfy us. We spent $14.00 for nothing. The manager at Saylor's pizza in South Bend is very unprofessional. His customer service skills are horrible. When we compalined about our pizza he did nothing about it. He also refused to give us information to speak with his manager. The pizza is good. However they need to hire someome with people skills.
