Thanks to manager Adam Loehmer for sending my mom s purse to NC. The service was great too...She was so relaxed when we left that she forgot her purse.

Thanks to manager Adam Loehmer, who sent me my $800 IPAD back to me in Cape Coral,Fl. I left it in the bathroom at the Merrillville In Panera while traveling.

Nice Place, Friendly People

I have been going to Panera since I moved to the area. They have great service and the staff is friendly. I notice many people have meetings there since Wifi is free. I love all the food I have tried...a bit pricey, but high quailty. The manager, Joel, is very customer orientented. Last time I was there a terrible storm hit. He escorted customers to their cars as he held an umbrella above them. He was soaking wet. Talk about a 1st class man!
