This place gets the small things right
Most restaurants treat their veggies as an afterthought, and a soggy, overcooked afterthought at that. This place, though, serves crisp greens in their pita-pockets and their salads, much to the joy of vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. Likewise, the fish--something served at other diners as an oily, over-fried mess--is something fresh, luscious and just a little too filling to leave room for desert. Are the steaks, pork and chicken good? Probably, they get all the rest of it right. Don't let that fact make you ignore the soups and sides, though.
