My family of 4 (children 2 1/2 & 9 months) arrived at 5:05. We were seated quickly since the place was almost empty. Our waiter was awful. He forgot our drink orders twice. The chair that our little girl was sitting in didn t have rubber stoppers on the bottom and she ended up falling out of seat and smacking her chin on the table. When our food finally arrived around 6:00, both my husband and I s steaks were overcooked and dry as could be. My little girls mac n cheese was disgusting and just sitting in a bunch of cold cheese sauce. My made to order sweet potato fries, which came out 10 minutes after my meal, were saturated with honey. I was planning on giving some bites to my 9 month old but that wasn t going to work since it had honey on them. Then it took forever to receive our bill. We ended up getting out of there at 6:47. It shouldn t take an hour and 45 minutes to order and eat when it s not that busy. Service was terrible, food was awful and overall just not a good experience. I always LOVE Outback but I was very disappointed in this location and will not be going back.
Haven t been in for a while, and now I know why. We got a 2 for $20. deal; the 6 oz. sirloin, and had to send hers back due to overspiced rub, missed order w/ the sweet potato. Server tried his best to make things right, and to his credit, he did his job. But the kitchen hasn t gotten any better than a few months ago.

I frequent this Outback Steakhouse and the service is excellent. Each and every person who has waited on me was friendly and extra helpful...or maybe they know I'm a good tipper ;) The food is also above expectations. I just love this place. And i'll return soon!
Going in at 5 PM we were one of the few patrons in the restaurant. Having virtually the pick of the place, we were seated next to a family with 3 screaming and unruly children. My wife asked me if I wanted to move but I didn't want to cause a problem so we didn't. I ordered a 12 ounce Prime Ministers cut of prime rib. What I got was a thin (about 1/8 inch thick) piece of meat that was approximately 6 ounces. Previous visits to this Outback have resulted in never knowing if I would get a good prime rib or one as I mentioned above. Very disapointed since we usually go to outback about once a month.
