Shallos Antique Restaurant & Bar, Indianapolis

The customer service here is absolutely awful. We called about putting in a reservation and were informed that you can't do that unless you want to pay for the banquet room, which we didn't. They said to call ahead the day of and they can find a place to put a big group in reuglar seating. We called an hour and half ahead to give plenty of notice and the manager informed us that he went ahead and booked us for the banquet room despite our wishes not to be put there. He then informed me we would be charged the $20 fee. We told him we weren't interested AGAIN and he became very rude. He claimed they were too busy to seat a party of 12 tonight and we said fine we'll take our business elsewhere. Absolutely horendous service!!!!!!

Great food. Great drinks. Service could be better. If you're a beer drinker, this is the place of your dreams. They have a seperate beer menu.

What else can I say? Always a good place to watch the game and hang out after a shift, always great food and something like 60 beers on tap...
