Ram Restaurant & Brewery, Indianapolis

I've been there several times a year since it opened. Service has always been good. I consider the restaurant to be better than the other two microbreweries.

i dont know what any of these bad reviews are on about. i went here during Gencon in august of 2009 and LOVED it. everything we ordered turned up looking and tasting great, the wait wasnt very long even tho they were super busy, and the staff was very friendly. they even let us take some of the Gencon related stuff home off the walls! plus my fiance tried several of their beers and said they were all excellent! if i could give this place more stars i would, it was the perfect brewery restaurant experience

I have to say that for a brewery they really know how to make it a comfortable family place. I had the stadium burger which was cooked to perfection and the beer was top of it class. But I have to say what sold me was the general manger. I have never seen such an enthusiastic manager personally come to th table and ask if there was anything he could do. I will be back again and again!

I do not believe that these 2008 and 2009 reviews are legit at all. The writing style is too similar for these to actually be different people. I have never had a problem at Ram. My food has always been hot with little wait. I go during one of the busiest weeks they have and I am always happy with the severs, the food, and the beer. Those other review are ridiculous.

NEVER will I torture my family with this restaurant again. The staff, one gentleman in particular, is the going to bring down the entire business. Why doesn’t management do something about the exhibitionist on staff? Clearly this gentleman has no regard for others dinning with in the restaurant. He apparently feels he can do anything, say anything, and no one will apply any control on his behavior. The Manager(s) have no control….NEVER will me or my family go again!

The Ram has lost its way in the industry. Managers are not running the show, the servers do not care about the customer or their job. Long wait at the door even though you will see plenty of tables open, one word: unorganized! No one cares about you or that your food is and will be cold. Some might find entertainment in a loud kitchen staff, this only prevents an individual from having a decent meal, but who is counting. Final words: Do not waste your time this restaurant needs corporate help to put them back on track!!!

This is very over rated. Poor service, the managers are going through the motions they have no intentions of actually fixing your sandwich, food what ever...ect Go to the fast food place on the corner because it will give more in return than the RAM

Stop...Go to any fast food place get what you want. Then go home and just close your eyes and think of a happy place while you eat. This experience will be better than going to THE RAM. If you want to wait around and waste an evening then you have found the right place. Managers will give you empty excuses, but never what your asking for...

Tonight was the first time at the ram, There was no host but a waiter came up after a few minutes and told us we could wait to be seated or there was open seating in the bar. We went into the bar then had to wait ten minutes for a server,then waited for drinks,then for her to return to take the order,I asked a question about the onion rings and she did not know the answer and when asked could you find out it seemed to be a bother for here,our server had a snotty attitude towards us from start to finish. First time and last time there,,DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.. I would not even give it one star but you have to give lest one star to post on here
