Jillian's, Indianapolis

This place is fun. We went there quite a few times while we were in town and have a lot of fun. They remodeled the place and it looks great!! Good times!! Service was great too. Thanks again.

Absolutely the worst dining experience ever in Indy. Spent over $100 on games for the kids, but only saw wait staff once and this was after multiple trips to the cashier to ask for someone. The game area manager popped out from behind a closed door 3 or 4 times not once assisting the wait staff in getting caught up; just showing her presence then going back behind closed doors. Overall, finally had a food order taken after 1 hour and 20 minutes. Appetizers were ordered (we were now running behind to make it to our event) and 1 hour and 10 minutes later still no food. We had 5 starving young kids now. The manager in the game room didn't care and the overall manager, Jeff, basically said sorry about your luck. Jeff spent his time hiding in the bar area as though ignoring the poor service would make it all go away, useless! No apology - nothing. As matter of fact, acted as though the overall attitude of the place is - we just want your money for the games could care less about service. Dave and Busters is 10 times better service wise in the Indy area. With all the poor reviews you would think corporate would step in and change out the Indy leadership - if you want to call it leadership. They may be making money now but this poor reputation they appear to have is going to start hurting the business. I know there were many family's sitting around us all of them very upset about the service and attitude.

Are you serious! This place starts off with little attitudish hostesses that act like you OWE them something for walking into the place. The live music drowns out any conversation you might want to have at your table, including talking to your waitress!! The food! Don't get me started..Can you say MICROWAVE DINNERS!! What is wrong with our food service industry today? Have we gotten so desperate that we will go anywhere and eat anything..just to say we ate out?? Well, not me! If I have to eat microwaved grilled chicken..I'll make it at home!!

I love Jillians. I will be having my 16th birthday party there June 13. at 8.. I love going, the people are kool there. They make you feel welcome. I even had my MAKE-A-WISH Foundation throw me a party there. and it was so fun... Keep up the good work.. U guys rock!!!

I havent ever been to Jillians yet but I was wondering what kind of crowd they get. And are most of the workers there young, male, female? Please let me know, thanks.

Have eaten at Jillian's. The food is good, the hibatchi was entertaining, the games kept my kids entertained. Alot in a small area for many to enjoy.

Being one to move recently to Indianapolis, this is so far the only place I have been to yet. It has it's perks, with the dance floors, which I love, the restuarant, and arcade. Even the Bowling isn't that bad. The people are friendly, and the drink selection is not too shabby. So far, so good...

WE TOOK OUR CHILDREN BOWLING AND THEY TOOK MY HUSBAND LISCENCE AND NEVER RETURNED IT.
