Pfchang's China Bistro, Indianapolis

Excellent asian/chinese food!

We had reservations for 7:00 but after arriving late by 15 Minutes we were still seated by 7:30. THe atmosphere was as usual, loud but lively. After being seated we were offered beverages. Being a non-drinker, I was happy with their selection of Non-alchoholic bears. My wife had a cocktail and the service was quite friendly and expedient. We ordered lettuce wraps and Chang's rendition of General Chao's chicken. Though a bit more sweet and sour, it was a very good dish. The lettuce for the wraps were crisp and pletiful, but I would have preferred a bidbb or leaf lettuce rather than the Iceburg we were served. Having lived in Korea for a couple of years I can tell you it makes a diffrence. We had cheesecake for dessert and it was pleasing to taste and was served in a good sized portion. Last, but not least, the biggest surprise of the evening was the check. I would have expected to have paid more than the $46 and some odd change that we did. I have have spent more at other restaurants of lesser quality, so I was greatly pleased. Aside from the need to monitor the restrooms closer, this was big dollar ambience at an affordable price.

At this place they don't skimp on anything. Be sure to have the Shrimp Dumplings. Service was great! By the time my drink was empty the waiter already had one on the table. The food was outstanding.

It doesn't get any better than the chicken lettuce wraps and Ginger chicken with broccli... so good!

We vist PF Chang's whenever we vist Indianapolis. Only wish Chang's would open in Fort Wayne, Indiana

Nice atmosphere, the waitress was always close by with a fresh drink or filling my water. I loved the brown rice....Recommend the Lettuce Rolls... delish!

I have visited this location many times and besides the long waits, I really have no complaints!

This is by far the best place to eat in Indy. The staff do not seem to turn over often, and they are usually very attentive. The food is absolutely wonderful, and if it isn't they will go out of their way to correct the matter.
