I think there was only three pieces of green pepper on my philly steak sandwich; must have been the bottom of the pan; and it just did not taste like the other ones I had eaten at other Arbys. And yes it was a blue jacket with white and blue stripped lining that I left behind you were the only place I I took it offf, and did not appreciate your lack of concern since we were from out of town.
