Staggs used to be Dairy Queen - Lost franchise?

The food really isn't bad - well, as good as any Dairy Queen - but this seems to be all teenaged kids - they can be rude....and play way too much - service could be much better if they had adult supervision. Also, they still use dairy queen menu, and dairy queen trademark names, but offer knock-off treats. Foodwise 7.5 of 10 - Service 3 of 10 - Cleanliness 4 of 10 - I have had worse...drive thru will take a few minutes longer than any other dairy shop - Total Score - 5.5 out of 10 - much room for improvement
