KFC - Kentucky Fried Chicken, Greenfield

I would rate the food we got on March 13, 2008 as a 2. Following our churches choir practice I chose to treat my family to one of our favorite meals. What a surprise when we got home and went to eat our meal and the breasts and legs were burnt. I called and talked with a manager whose name I believe was Doris. She said she was very sorry that it had happened. She asked me to come back and she would replace the meal. I said since it was 9:30 and I live 20 miles away I could not. She said she would send a letter to be redeemed for an equal meal. As of today almost two week later no letter. Therefore based on being served poor quality food, and being lied to by a store manager a representative of KFC I have determined not to use your facility for our meals in the future.
