A & W Restaurant, Anderson

This is one of my favorite hangout spots, decorated in a 1950s retro theme and with a menu that is truly all-American. They serve the best tasting burgers (especially the bacon cheeseburger), onion rings, fries and of course, that delicious frosty mug of root beer which they've been making since 1919. Though some items are pricey, the value is well worth it. And let's not forget KFC's menu, though this particular location has an all you can eat buffet consisting of the Colonel's original recipe or extra tasty chicken, served with your choice of mashed potatoes & gravy, cole slaw, biscuits and many other side dishes to satisfy your appetite. But the best reason to check out KFC / A & W is the root beer!
