Yes the so called 'manager' just screamed and yelled at me and indirectly called me a liar.
What a way to run a business!
I placed a delivery order for my husband for a steak sub with pizza sauce and cheese. The delivery guy, who I gave a $5 tip to, brought a sub with mushrooms, sauce, and sausage.
I called and said I received the wrong order and wanted to know what I need to do to fix it, very politely I might add. The guy who took the order gets on the phone and yelled 'YOU ORDERED A PIZZA SUB, I REMEMBER." I explain to him that I did not, I ordered a steak sub. (By the way, my husband is allergic to mushrooms, I would never order him mushrooms.) So I ask if I could please speak to the manager as I will not be yelled and screamed as I am a paying customer. He says hold on, then gets back on the phone and tells me he is the manager.
Why would he say hold on, if he was the manager?
So anyway, he continues to scream and yell at me for about fifteen minutes.
I will NEVER do business with them again and I suggest you do the same. No paying customer should ever be treated this way. This was verbal abuse.
*steps off the soapbox*
